About AccessPro

AccessPro is an Erasmus+ KA210-VET project that supports vocational education and employment accessibility for visually impaired persons (VIPs) across Europe. In a job market where digital competence is essential, many VIPs still face significant barriers: inaccessible training, limited tools, and inadequate support during the transition to work.

AccessPro addresses these challenges by providing a practical, accessible digital toolbox and a structured training guide for educators. The project empowers VIPs by improving their access to digital skills, strengthening job readiness, and equipping trainers to deliver inclusive vocational education and training (VET). By combining inclusive technology, tested tools, and expert guidance, AccessPro contributes to a more equitable, skills-based labor market for all.

Why Inclusive VET Matters

For visually impaired individuals, access to training and employment isn’t just about opportunity — it’s about independence and dignity. Many traditional training methods, digital platforms, and job search tools remain partially or entirely inaccessible. This leads to reduced confidence, limited digital literacy, and fewer employment options.

AccessPro bridges this gap by:

  • Helping VIPs build confidence in using digital tools and platforms

  • Providing trainers with structured, accessible materials and teaching strategies

  • Encouraging systemic change in how VET is delivered and supported across Europe

The project is grounded in real data, gathered directly from VIPs and professionals, ensuring that all content responds to authentic needs and lived experiences.

AccessPro Is Built on Collaboration

AccessPro is the result of close collaboration among partners in Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, and France — bringing together expertise in accessibility, digital training, and inclusive education. The platform and its resources are freely available to support long-term impact beyond the project’s lifetime.
